My rollercoaster experience!

The beach views from my room were breathtaking,, truly a slice of paradise. The staff went above and beyond, even decorating for a special birthday. Everything felt so welcoming and sincere!

Service can be frustrating,, especially when I felt unheard about room issues. there were strange salty water problems which were concerning during my stay.

Beautiful beach view, close to Malibu beach.

Absolutely loved staying at Mandalai! The spacious suite with sea view felt luxurious, complete with a comfortable bed and a beautiful beachfront terrace. The staff went above and beyond to make my friend's birthday special, decorating the room with rose petals and balloons. The beach location is just perfect for morning swims, and the tranquil atmosphere makes it a true paradise.

Salty bathroom water.

mandalai has a lovely location right on the beach. it’s just a short 5-minute walk to the beautiful malibu beach. we organized a scooter and laundry through the hotel, which was super convenient. there are a few nice seafood restaurants nearby, and we even found a decent italian place down the road.

a little more activity around would be great.

I noticed the dining options around the area were quite limited, which made meal choices a bit challenging. The room could use some updates, as it felt a bit dated compared to the photos online.

This place was a good match for a temporary stay in Chaloklum with a reasonable price. The beach nearby was fantastic, perfect for morning swims.

The jacuzzi in my room was amazing, and I loved the clean, spacious layout. The friendly staff drove us to our next hotel, but the dining options nearby could be better.

The location offered serene views and was perfect for beach access, making morning swims a delight. Fresh coffee was consistently available, adding a nice touch to the mornings. the cleaning service was inconsistent, leaving the room uncleaned for days, and there were issues with ants that compromised the experience. The pool area felt cramped and could use better maintenance, limiting relaxation options.

The view from our suite was truly fantastic, and the beach was just a short walk away. We really enjoyed the fun activities, especially the wakeboarding lessons offered right on the beach. There was plenty to do for our family, and even our friends who joined us loved it.

In my wife's opinion, the dining options were a bit limited.

Nice beach vibes

Had a blast chillin’ right by the beach! The staff was super friendly, and they helped us get around the area easily. The room was spacious, and I loved how clean everything was. Wish there were more options for dining right around, but we found some great spots nearby. Definitely a solid stay!
